Here's the Box Breakdown

Our first glimpse inside the Sephora Play! Box for March. The theme this month is "The Gleam Team"

what's in the sephora play box
Everything that we received in our March Sephora Play! Box. What a great mix of items!

So what is all this stuff?

Our box insert and pouch for the month

Living Proof Dry Volume Blast
living proof dry volume blast
This spray creates texture and adds instant volume. While we don't really need either of those we love the Living Proof Line so we are going to give this a fair shot

Glam Glow Glowstarter Moisturizer
glamglow glowstarter moisturizer
We are super excited to try out this moisturizer from Glam Glow. We really love their masks so trying out this moisturizer will be a lot of fun! The sample is a bit small but when you take into consideration the price of their products it makes sense

Josie Maran Finishing Balm
josie maran finishing balm
This finishing balm can go on as a primer and also be applied after all your makeup as a finishing balm. It has no smell and an interesting texture / formula

It's kind of spongy. We haven't used this yet so we can't really comment on how well it works

Chloe Tester
chloe perfume tester
This perfume sample from Chloe has a clean soapy smell. Mild enough that it won't overwhelm, we like it!

Bobbi Brown Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick

This stick is GORGEOUS - it stays put and the color is BAH BAM!

Here it is swatched and while we know Bobbi Brown is awesome --- this is some pigmented stuff...!

Benefit Watts Up Highlight

We love receiving and trying new highlighters. So we were pumped to get the Benefit Watts Up! Highlight stick.

The packaging is cute - it comes in almost a lipstick tube. But that's about it - the actual highlight isn't that great and the color is pretty but just a little too gold for our liking. We will see though, maybe we can work with it a bit and make it a bit better!

So in summary

We are really impressed with this month's Sephora Play! Box. We love the items that we received, even the highlighter. It wasn't a great match for us but we will be sure to make good use of it. Everything else was awesome - particularly the Bobbi Brown Cream Eyeshadow Stick. We didn't bother breaking down the prices because we think the value is clear. We are really happy with this month's box and think it's a great $10 investment!
