Ingredients:
  • 4 cups veggie stock
  • 1 med yellow onion
  • 4 carrots sliced
  • 2 zucchini sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (optional) I totally added these
  • 5-6 small red potatoes… I used one large russet
  • 2 cloves of garlic diced
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • 3-4 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 large, clean stone
Place stone in pot (if you are using stone)
Obviously this is a recipe meant to include your children
Toss all veggies and herbs in as well.
Pour in the veggie stock and add salt and pepper.
Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer and cook for one hour!

It’s that easy!
Mine came out DELICIOUS!
