This creamy formula smells amazing! The directions say that we can apply this after shampooing and conditioning applying to damp hair and styling as desired. On dry hair use to smooth flyaways and for added shine. We love this either way – it was great as a leave in conditioner after we washed our hair and also when to keep hair sleek in a ponytail for us! Another great product from Saints & Sinners
